Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may be extended.

If we experience delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
Local Delivery / Pickup: If offered, details will appear at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate special requests.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Wildflower Mercantile is not responsible for:

Packages lost or stolen after delivery
Delays caused by the carrier
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first. You may then email us at wildflowermerchantile@gmail.com and we will assist however we can.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Preorders & Backordered Items

If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, your entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup must be completed within the timeframe listed in your confirmation email.
